Scott has been a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent for almost 25 years. In 1998, he started the Complete Solutions concept and found that using a Holistic Planning approach for individuals and businesses can ensure their lifestyle and future is protected. As a Certified Financial Fiduciary and local Non-Profit Speaker, education is his mantra! He takes pride in providing his clients with the knowledge to determine what is in their best interest. Scott is married with 5 children and 2 Dobermans, Duke and Boss. He belongs to several community organizations including the Masonic Lodge and Living Word Church. In his free time, you will find him on the lake or at one of his children’s sporting events.

Melissa is excited to bring extensive industry experience in marketing management and development. She has implemented an advanced operating model, management and business process to deliver value to our customers. She has two roles – mom and business leader – that fulfill her life. Although, being an outstanding mother is her most important role. When out of the office, you will find her volunteering or enjoying time with family. Melissa has a big heart and loves to give back to the community in any way she can.

As Scott’s right hand, Kim brings over 20 years of experience in communications and customer service. With her exceptional personality she assists clients and manages Scott’s calendar. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur babies, Georgie and Emmie, as well as enjoying a great concert.

As the friendly face at the front desk Cassidy greets our clients and answers incoming calls. She absolutely enjoys getting to talk with and assist our clients. When out of the office you will find her caring for her pets, at the park or with friends. Her love of animals is extensive as she has a full aquarium, dog and even a hedgehog!

Tiara has been with Complete Solutions since 2016. Using her passion to create she manages our website, company materials, social media and outreach. While out of the office you will find her exploring outdoors, working on a DIY project, or spending time with family which includes her two Siberian Huskies, Odie & Dakota.

Michael enjoys the versatility of being able to provide a wide array of products for both individuals and businesses. Through his coaching for professional development, performance and product training, agents have enhanced their business and customer satisfaction. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with family and friends.

Phyllis has been in the Insurance Industry for 5 years. After 25 years as a Human Resource Manager she brings unique experience in the employee benefits arena. She delights in taking care of her clients and values the opportunity to provide each of them with not only the coverage they need but an easy and stress-free experience. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and whipping up delicious culinary creations. Her cakes are the best!

Dave became a Health and Life Insurance Agent in 2013 and has been with the team ever since. After 40 years of helping customers at DP&L/Vectren, he wanted to use his experience in customer service to help clients find insurance plans that best fit their needs. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Connie, their children and their 11 grandchildren. Dave loves to serve the community & belongs to several organizations in the Vandalia and Darke County area.

Doug specializes in Senior Planning and Veteran Aid and Assistance. After 15 years with Complete Solutions he maintains the highest standards for his clients. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Bonnie, their children and adorable dog, Pasha. Traveling and discovering different cultures is one of Doug’s favorite experiences.

Stan became a licensed health and life insurance agent in 2003. His desire is to provide his clients with an effortless planning process. Before assisting individuals with their insurance needs, he constructed several home developments in the Dayton area. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. Beyond his love for history, his hobbies include reading novels and writing short stories.

Barry has been with Complete Solutions for over 14 years as a Senior Insurance Specialist. Barry also pursues his passion for helping others as a Pastor in Ohio. Barry has worked to ensure each customer has a personalized insurance experience. Helping clients find the plan that fits their needs is his goal. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Doris of over 40 years and their family.

Dick has been licensed with Complete Solutions for nearly 20 years. Ensuring his clients have the best experience is his priority. As a long-term resident of Coshocton County, he loves his community and his clients. Knowledge and hard work are important to him as he learned through his time as a teacher and coal miner. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Linda. One of their favorite hobbies is using their green thumbs in the garden.

This duo has been in the insurance business since 1996. They are passionate to provide excellent service to their clients. Previously working as librarians, their love of educating extends to their work today. When not working J. Dale and Kathy enjoy participating in Christian missions & spending time with loved ones.
